About Ben

Ben has had a lifelong passion for movement, exploring many sports and movement practises along the way.

During the pandemic Ben decided to expand on his passion for health and movement by studying courses, deepening his knowledge so he could begin to share the practices he learnt and help others realise their potential. Ben’s own journey rehabilitating two injuries has been integral to how sessions are constructed with the mission of creating a resilient, functional body to reduce the risk of injury and build a strong foundation for movement longevity.

Ben found that the best approach to a healthy body is to really understand it. It inspired him to progress from his PT qualification by studying mobility and functional movement with senior teachers, Dr, Andreo A. Spina & Dewey Nielson.

To deepen his understanding of how our bodies move Ben extended his studies into human biomechanics completing a course by Danish human biomechanics specialist Mads Tömörkènyi alongside studying our fascia and myofascia through Tom Myers Anatomy Trains system.

Part of Ben’s mission is to try and find movement practices and exercise that you will enjoy to get the most out of your fitness journey.
