As a coach I am a strong believer in teaching clients alongside the physical training. When we understand the how and why we are moving from an anatomical perspective we become more aware of our own body’s capabilities. Our mental health is just as important as the physical, and while physical training alone is a great method to improve our focus, mood and clarity, we can take this one step further. Combining exercise with breath work, meditation or just taking time to laugh, smile and appreciate what we have on a daily basis to boost our mental health further.
