Animal Flow® Intro Course

Introducing a course to explore primal movement and reconnect with the ground.

Ape, beast, crab and scorpion are the kinds of shapes and movements we’ll be replicating with our own bodies to improve flexibility, strength, balance, power, and co-ordination. Animal Flow® is a ground based bodyweight movement system you can practice anywhere. Over the duration of the course we’ll be learning the key components of level 1 so you can join a flow class or get inventive at home creating your own sequences.

Get Ski Fit Course

Introducing a course to help you stay mobile and safe on the slopes this winter.

During the 4 weeks we’ll be studying the key components of physiology in reference to skiing and how we can train our bodies to increase our performance whilst mitigating the risk of injury. The foundation of a healthy ski-ready body is crafted by building stability & resilience into the joints that support the body, increasing muscular strength & endurance on top to maximise your time on the slopes.
